Fine-tune your extraction
TUNE technology lets you customise the duration of pre-infusion and the final extraction phase at a preset pressure. Save up to two recipes to return to your preferred settings as you explore different coffees.
Dedicated brewing and steaming performance
A 0.58 L coffee boiler and a separate 1.8 L steam boiler provide dedicated control for espresso and milk preparation. The heated Rocket group head and PID temperature management support consistent brewing.
