Purge and wipe the steam wand immediately so milk residue does not bake onto the tip.

Rinse the portafilter and baskets and keep the group area free of loose coffee residue.

Do I need a separate grinder?
Yes for whole beans. A capable espresso grinder is one of the biggest factors in shot quality on a semi-automatic machine.
What if the machine is not heating normally?
If heating is clearly abnormal or the machine stops reaching brewing / steaming temperature, stop using it and contact service rather than opening the casing or bypassing safety components.
How often should I backflush or clean?

J’adore cette petite machine à café , parfaite pour petit espace . Belle endroit pour des conseils . Notre vendeur Daniel wow rien à dire . Connaît le café sur le bout des doigts . Allez faire votre tour si vous chercher une machine sa vaut la peine .

Allo, j'aime bcp ma nouvelle machine même si je comprends pas tout du fonctionnement. Mais ça viendra.
Daniel a été super présent et à l’écoute de mes besoins et de mon budget. J’étais entourée de machines très hautes gammes et il a trouvé la petite machine parfaite pour mon niveau intermédiaire à petit budget. L’ambiance est relax et le café est délicieux!
