Meet our go-to coffee, the coffee that aims to please you. It serves as your ticket to the world of specialty coffee without venturing into unfamiliar territory. Made from low-lying Brazilian Cerrado Mineiro beans, you can expect a classic, comforting profile. As specialty coffee roasters, we understand the need for coffee to be accessible to everyone, and it's not just a matter of price. In response to many requests for a more traditional, less adventurous, and lighter coffee, we created the Sao Sebastiao profile from Brazil. Its full body, creamy dulce de leche, notes of biscotti, and light hints of orange and honeyed apples make it the perfect "anytime, anywhere" coffee. Excellent as a filter, full immersion, espresso, and delicious with milk.
