Return & warranty policy for coffee machines

RETURN POLICY 

  1. Delivery is free everywhere in Canada, excluding the Territories.
  2. In cases of a defect or shipping error, the machine is fully refundable if returned within 10 business days.
  3. For a full reimbursement, the machine must be returned in its original condition with all of its parts, and in its original box (we therefore suggest keeping the box for the duration of the return period).
  4. Return policy only applicable in Canada. Please refer to the warranty policy for limitations and conditions of the return policy, and if you have any questions about these policies, please contact our team
